Limitations¶
BloqueApp enforces access at the app-package level on Android. The current policy does not block individual websites, URLs, browser tabs, feeds, or video features such as Reels. Suspending an app package cannot provide per-page or per-feature control.
Bank accounting is a practical estimate of supported foreground app use, not a billing-grade measure of attention or continuous activity. Android usage history can be incomplete, especially around abrupt reboot, multi-window use, or permission loss. When measurement is uncertain, BloqueApp closes the session and leaves the uncertain tail uncharged instead of guessing. Credit and committed debits remain saved.
Android schedules expiry and recovery through operating-system mechanisms. Exact alarms may be unavailable or delayed, package suspension can fail, and boot recovery depends on Android delivering its startup event. No hard wake deadline or reset-proof mode is claimed. Do not treat app enforcement as protection against someone with device-owner control, privileged ADB access, or the ability to reset the phone.
SignalR hints are delivered only while the Android request screen is foreground; they are not a background wake-up guarantee. Web Push can prompt the approver, but availability depends on browser and platform support. The durable server receipt remains the source for request status.
Payment processing is unavailable. The app may show a purchase preview, but it cannot take payment, create purchased credit, or unlock an app from that preview.
The Android accessibility service is inactive. Browser and domain controls, synced multi-device bank balances, processor-backed purchases, and broader policy tooling are not available. App access depends on Android accepting the local enforcement action; protected system apps and operating-system failures can affect the result. See architecture and security for system boundaries.
These limits describe current behavior. They do not promise a delivery date for planned work. Continue to the guide for supported workflows or concepts for the rules behind them.
